Raona Enginyers SL, in application of the current regulations on personal data protection, informs that personal data collected through forms on the website: https://ideris.com, are included in specific automated files of users of the services of Raona Enginyers SL.

The collection and automated processing of personal data are aimed at maintaining the commercial relationship and performing tasks of information, training, advice, and other activities typical of Raona Enginyers SL.

Reproduction, publication, and/or non-strictly private use of the contents, in whole or in part, of the website https://ideris.com is not allowed without prior written consent.

Intellectual Property of Software

The user must respect third-party programs made available by Raona Enginyers SL, even if they are free and/or publicly available.

Raona Enginyers SL has the necessary exploitation and intellectual property rights of the software.

The user does not acquire any rights or licenses by the contracted service, over the software necessary for the provision of the service, nor over the technical information for monitoring the service, except for the rights and licenses necessary for the fulfillment of the contracted services and only during their duration.

For any action beyond the fulfillment of the contract, the user will need written authorization from Raona Enginyers SL, and the user is prohibited from accessing, modifying, viewing the configuration, structure, and files of the servers owned by Raona Enginyers SL, assuming civil and criminal liability for any incident that may occur in the servers and security systems as a direct consequence of negligent or malicious action on their part.

Intellectual Property of Hosted Content

The use of the services provided by Raona Enginyers SL contrary to intellectual property legislation is prohibited, and in particular:

1. The use that is contrary to Spanish laws or that infringes the rights of third parties.

The user has full responsibility for the content of their website, the information transmitted and stored, hypertext links, third-party claims, and legal actions in reference to intellectual property, third-party rights, and the protection of minors.

The user is responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations in force and the rules related to the operation of the online service, electronic commerce, copyright, public order maintenance, and universal principles of Internet use.

The user will indemnify Raona Enginyers SL for the expenses generated by the imputation of Raona Enginyers SL in any cause whose responsibility is attributable to the user, including fees and defense expenses, even in the case of a non-final judicial decision.

Protection of Hosted Information

Raona Enginyers SL performs backups of the contents hosted on its servers, but it is not responsible for the loss or accidental deletion of data by users. Likewise, it does not guarantee the total replacement of the data deleted by the users, as such data may have been deleted and/or modified during the period since the last backup.

The services offered, except specific backup services, do not include the replacement of the contents kept in the backups made by Raona Enginyers SL, when this loss is attributable to the user; in this case, a rate will be determined according to the complexity and volume of the recovery, always with prior acceptance by the user.

The replacement of deleted data is only included in the price of the service when the content loss is due to causes attributable to Raona Enginyers SL.

Commercial Communications

In application of the LSSI. Raona Enginyers SL will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or other equivalent electronic means that have not been previously requested or expressly authorized by the recipients of the same.

In the case of users with whom there is a prior contractual relationship, Raona Enginyers SL is authorized to send commercial communications regarding products or services of Raona Enginyers SL that are similar to those initially contracted with the client.

In any case, the user, after proving their identity, may request not to receive more commercial information through Customer Service channels.
