What is the Digital Kit?

The Digital Kit is a public aid programme, financed with “Next Generation EU” funds, with which the government aims to boost the digitisation of the Spanish business fabric. SMEs and the self-employed will be able to apply for these “digital vouchers”, worth between 2,000 and 12,000 euros, to contract technological solutions through digitalisation agents and optimise their businesses.

With a budget of up to 3,067 million euros, this programme is part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, the Digital Spain 2025 agenda and the SME Digitalisation Plan 2021-2025.

Who is it aimed at?

Small companies, micro-enterprises and self-employed workers, belonging to any sector or type of business. Aid will be determined according to the number of employees:

Up to €12,000

Small enterprises between 10 and 50 employees (Segment I)

Up to €6,000

Small or Micro enterprises with 3 to 10 employees (Segment II)

Up to €2,000

Small or Micro enterprises with less than 3 employees (Segment III)

Creation of e-commerce through web and/or mobile app, with integration to online payment platform, purchase notifications and order management.

Integration with the electronic invoice in the invoice management system of the management solution.

Process Management

The main objective of this category is to digitalise and/or automate your business processes, related to operational or productive aspects in areas such as accounting, invoicing, projects, inventory, purchasing and payments, human resources and logistics.

Virtual office services and tools

The main objective is to implement in the company interactive and functional solutions that allow the most efficient collaboration between workers: collaboration in work teams, storing and sharing files (1TB of storage), compatibility with mobile devices and organisation of calendar and agenda.

Secure Communications

With this solution you will have security in the connections between your employees’ devices and the company: SSL, end-to-end encryption, connection logs, access control, mobile devices, initial configuration and security updates.

Cybersecurity

The aim of this solution is to provide basic and advanced security for your employees’ devices: anti-malware, anti-spyware, secure email (anti-spam, anti-phishing), secure browsing (content control, anti-adware), threat analysis and detection, network monitoring, initial configuration and security updates, special training requirements.

Marketplace

The main objective of this category is to help you direct your references and products to increase your sales level, optimising existing resources, choosing the right distribution channels and adapting your references and products to external needs: preliminary study of alternatives and registration on the platform, analysis of the competition, design and definition of the business strategy, production of the catalogue of references, creation of the listing content, registration of references.
